Canine Idiopathic Epilepsy is a state of toxicity which can "almost always" be corrected with proper diet.

Seizures in the dog-

My dog, Lola, at barely one year old, was given a diagnoses of Canine Idiopathic Epilepsy.

Lola would have what I called episodes, her episodes would last up to 24 hours straight, before ceasing. One seizure would roll-in and last 10 to 15 seconds, then stop, A few seconds later, another seizure would begin and last 10 to 15 seconds, then stop. Over and over, again and again and again, the seizures would continue to manifest.

When the Vet diagnosed Lola, the situation went from bad to worse.

I recall the Vet telling me, "Your dog can live a normal life, we can control this behavior, we have medication"

I thought to myself, "I'll let Lola out on the freeway first."

What a day that was, It must have been a sight, "a motley crew", me crying, my heart broken, my dog up-all-night from seizures, barely able to sit up straight, my credit card balance back up, (after paying for tests, tests, and more tests), with the worst part of the experience being, no one "willing" to give me an answer with any substance.

Long story short...I figured it out, the responsible culprit in the manifestation of the seizures is the "dose" of potassium chloride content in the commercial dog food.

If you are interested in learning more, you can go to my "cite" page. I will give you the remedy.

Change the dog's diet. Stay on the diet. It takes 9 weeks on the diet, before the seizures cease. Stay on the diet no matter what, the diet works.

The diet is going to detoxify the dog and restore proper homeostasis. (Homeostasis, simply put, is the different bodily functions of a living organizism properly working together as intended).

The dog will begin to scratch intensely about the 2nd or 3rd week into the diet. This intense scratching is not caused by a food allergy. Toxins are being expelled through the pores in the skin. Toxins sit on top of the skin, below the fur line, and it itches. The dog will scratch and scratch, be patient. The scratching will continue until the 54th day.

Remember, 9 weeks, 54 days to the day, seizures and intense scratching will occur, It is part of the process. This is the body restoring itself. Stay the course, stay on the diet.

I thank our Lord, Jesus Christ, for the answer in this highly complicated subject.
